Our Covid protocol:

1. Everyone has to get vaccinated according to CDC guidelines. I have 6 shots as of 12.18.2023
2. Email or text everyone in the house if you’ve been exposed to anyone that tested positive.
3. If you have any symptoms, head ache, fever, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, loss of taste, loss of smell, fatigue etc
   • Email or text everyone in the house and let us know asap and keep us up to date on any progression of your symptoms and test results.
   • Do not wait to tell us. Do not wait until you get a Covid test result. 
   • Isolate yourself in your room
   • Test daily and let everyone know the result.
   • Ask us to bring you food, meds, and other supplies to leave outside your bedroom door.
   • Follow CDC guidelines regarding care and behavior so you get well soon and don’t spread it to other people in the house.

Note that I have asthma and allergies so I blow my nose daily, and sneeze and cough about once or twice a week 

Testing kits are available from https://www.covid.gov/tests, we also have some at the house on the bookshelves.

Mask Guidance from the CDC and the California Dept of Public Health, basically, get an N95 mask instead of a cloth mask and wear it outside of the house.
